Dr. Ashley Howe

Hi! My name is Dr. Ashley Howe. I’ve been a part of the Crossroads Chiropractic (now New Dominion) team for almost 5 years now. Here’s a little about me: I grew up in Muncie, Indiana where I fell in love with and married my best friend, Tim Howe. This is also where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Ball State University. I then journeyed to Missouri to pursue my calling as a chiropractor. I graduated Logan College of Chiropractic and became certified in acupuncture in 2020. I began my journey at Crossroads as an intern and continued on as a doctor of chiropractic. I fell in love with taking care of expecting mamas, dads, babies, and kids. I had found personal hope and healing and a workplace that felt more like a home.

I have grown in so many ways since beginning my journey as a chiropractic physician. I have since completed my certification in chiropractic pediatrics(CACCP) through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association(ICPA). I am very proud of this accomplishment, because it has given me the clinical certainty to more thoroughly serve the pediatric and pregnancy populations with confidence.

I was also introduced to the wonderful world of functional neurology during the ICPA courses and fell in love with this discipline. I am particularly passionate about nourishing both the developing and the mature brain through specific chiropractic adjustments and individualized at-home brain exercises. With the continual epidemic rise in ADHD and autism, I feel that it is important to offer individuals the brain-centered care they so desperately need. It is an absolute honor to witness children and adults who were once trapped in their own body, now thriving physically and mentally.

In the midst of completing my CACCP certification and diving into functional neurology care, I gave birth in the comfort of my home to my beautiful daughter, Eliza Grace, in 2023. After experiencing pregnancy, labor, and life with a toddler; I feel that much more qualified to work with growing families!

Wherever you are on your health journey, I plan to meet you there. I strive to give every one of my patients the individual, attentive care that I would give to a family member. If you are looking for a caring chiropractic physician that will go the extra mile to ensure you and your family receive the best care, please make an appointment with me today! I so look forward to meeting you!

Dr. Abbe Keen

I have always wanted to be a doctor since I was a child. However, since becoming a follower of Christ in 2006, and a doctor of chiropractic in 2008, I have come to an understanding that has changed my perspective on healthcare dramatically….

True healing can only result from being whole.

I am not a chiropractor to put out your pain fires and chase your symptoms. Instead, I am here to be in a relationship with you, to learn your unique health story, consider how it relates with your life story, and serve as a guide on your journey through the fear, anxiety, doubt and/or perfectionistic tendencies that influence your day to day health decisions. My personal experiences, graduate and postgraduate training, have created the perfect framework to help others with weight loss/body image, prenatal and postpartum health, and helping you understand what wellness looks like in your life right now. In essence, I look at my vocation as a place to disciple people to better health, so that they can be better versions of themselves for service to their families, their communities, and their God.

My goal is never to shame you into change, or motivate you by fear. Instead, as a client, you will experience a coach who is not afraid to speak truth about your health situation in love, will educate you about the physiological processes your body is going through, and pray with you and for you as you navigate the hard places.

Debbie Fricker

I grew up in northern New Jersey, graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in Accounting & Business Management. The Lord blessed my husband and I with one child after 9 years of prayer, tears and one huge miracle. My son is now 36 and is in business here in St Louis. When my husband went to be with Jesus in 2016, I made the move to St. Louis to be closer to my son and daughter in law. Although it has not been easy, I have started a new chapter in my life.

My new chapter really burst open when I began my time at New Dominion in January of 2021. Hired to be the Financial Manager, I was quickly promoted to Office Manager in my parlay of responsibilities. The women at New Dominion have been a source of many blessings, guiding me to live healthier, showing me the importance of taking care of myself physically and emotionally and have been so encouraging in my walk with the Lord. My life has changed so dramatically in these past few years, but I have been fortunate to have a Savior who cares for me and walks with me every day, as well as a loving son and daughter-in-law. Times are not always easy, but God is always good, and I see that everyday in the office.
